Faster warm up
The 2013 Escape closes the grill shutters at highway speeds to reduce drag. Does it also close these shutters 1) when the engine is cold provide faster warm ups, and 2) When he vehicle is turned off in cold weather. For example, when it is 20 F outside and I stop at the store, the shutters should close to keep the engine warmer until I come back out of the store. A warm engine gets better fuel economy and pollutes less.
