In Europe, where winters are HARSH and COLD they have laws that automakers MUST produce FWD and AWD (Also known as 4WD for Americans) to meet stringent safety requirements. Well guess what, we have HARSH and COLD winters too. Also we want AWD cars to keep up with the EVO and WRX (Subaru World Ralley Cross [X]). It would be an AWESOME upgrade package for the FOCUS to have AWD Capabilities and give us one more tuning option from the SVT Team to Design.
