6.2 stroked to 6.6 400ci
My concern is that why cant ford build a better gas engine for f-350 like a 6.6 gas engine instead of the cheap 6.2 engine. I own a fleet company and have used 6.8 for many years without any problems. I like the 6.7 diesel but the thing is that diesel prices are too high and emissions are tight so can you make a make a 6.6 please or a smaller 6.4 gas engine.

John C Great idea. And like Ram has found out, a larger displacement engine can actually be more fuel efficient, running at lower revs. And with cylinder deactivation, it can run more often in 4 cylinder mode because the output is higher than a smaller displacement engine.
