Suggest swapping 3.7 Ti-VCT for 3.5 EcoBoost for performance increase. Just from a perspective of hp i see a gain. Im sure MPG would suffer a bit, but thats something I would be willing to sacrifice for more power from a lighter curb weight. Also possibly turbocharging the 3.7 Ti-VCT to see what kind of power gains might be had would be an excellent option. Regardless, both of these options could give Ford an even greater edge over competitors when looking for a cheap powerful performance car.
