SW/Police/Fire/Ham Radio Friendly

I found Ford has the worst RF emissions over GM and others. Noise from fuel pumps are bad and the fix on an expedition is to drop the tank to add capacitors. Please do a better job on RF emissions. Also, for mounting locations, my '03 Expy is great but I cannot buy a new one with that big console in the way. Also, ease to get to a power distribution panel would be nice as well.
