Robert Todd Glad to see someone else thinks the 79 F-150 was a great size and an ideal size. If others want a larger truck, buy a F-250. The present Ranger reminds me of a scaled down 79 F-150

J Bruni The '73-79 body style was fantastic - the most attractive F-Series made. They were also extremely tough and reliable. Dad still has his 1979 F250, still going strong.
