The stock Sony sound system comes with a 3 band equalizer, for bass, midrange, and treble. That's not enough for audiophiles like me. There is no one equalization that is right for everyone, or for every kind of music, so why not give us more flexibility? I would be happier if there were 10 bands, at these frequencies (from the Itunes graphic eq): 32, 64, 125, 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 4000, 8000, 16000 You could even put that functionality in a lower menu, and leave the 3 band one in its current place, for users that aren't interested in making fine adjustments.
