Supplemented Air Flow Charge
Modify exterior auto body with banks of air intakes and within these intakes insert linear rows of impellers with each one generating a small electric charge while driving. Couple these all together to supplement battery charging on electric/hybrid vehicles. Vents would raise outward only 1-2 inches. Proper and artistic placement would add style, minimize drag and appeal to green minded buyers. This would add more battery charge and thus greater mileage. Charging amounts directly proportional to speed and duration of travel.

David C Think this is a nice idea, basically a spin off on Turbo charging as log as the turbines don't add significant drag to the car the trickle charge would be nice.
