On every panel of the vehicle have photovoltaic cells placed under all the paint layers allowing the sun to pass thru energizing batteries when parked in direct or indirect sunlight. The Process can be a paint that is capable of being translucent enough to allow the regeneration process to occur but opaque enough to be of a color. The power can be utilized to power fans to precool the vehicle before entry to lessen the load on the batteries or be utilized to heat glass or other to clear snow ice before entry.
