Suggestion: start setting up dealer ships for fuel systems conversion and to also act as fueling stations (such as Natural Gas, LP Gas, Hydrogen, Corn-Alcohol - whatever). So then the function of a deal takes on a new role: to transition from gasoline to other fuels. Monopolistic - I don't think so if it gets us there.
