The use of this as a mini wind turbine incorporated in the grill and side mirrors would utilize the aerodynamics of wind speed this in combination with solar cell on the hood and the kinetic energy from the brakes could power a vehicle day or night.
My daughters engineering professor at Penn State Hazleton converted his car to solar and drives back and forth to work 45 miles. The car recharges while he is in class. By incorporating a double hellix turbine he could use it where ever and when ever.
