real panoramic windscreen
Visibility: the windscreen is an structural part of the cars, why doesn´t the A column disappear, being replaced by transparent plastic materials, if it is structurally necessary.

Karl Grentz I would love to see the return of the panoramic windshield. However, I have to agree, plastic really isn't the right way to go. A sleek, high-strength piece of steel, angled and contoured like in the late 50’s might be a viable option.

T Craig-P71CV I think for now they should just continue to stick with the metal A pillar. I don't like the idea of plastic. Even a strong high impact resistant glass would be better than plastic. But for now the metal A pillar will do. I know it does obstruct the view but I feel safer with matal than plastic.
