In reference to vans in past years, there was no weight in the rear area of the van unless you added cargo weight or the weight of passengers. The absence of weight in the rear area of the van could cause the rear wheels to spin or not get traction on different road surfaces.
For the 2015 model of the Transit Connect van, Ford Motor Company should put stability control in the van. Ford Motor Company should also put rear wheel traction control for various road surfaces in the 2015 Transit Connect van as well. All time 4WD should also be considered if driving a van through deep snow and icy surfaces. Finally, Ford Motor Company should build a 2015 model of the Transit Connect that is the U.S. version of the Tourneo Custom van in exterior body styling.
