Marketing

There's no "marketing" in the drop-down menu, so I chose "convenience" somewhat arbitrarily.  I'm a long-time Ford fan, and so I like to see Ford succeed.  When I visit a Ford dealer's parts department, I'm itching to buy something for my Fords (usually Mustangs).  Outside of license plate frames and T-shirts, there's not much.  Why not floor mats, decals, shift nobs, seat covers?  Make it a profit center.  Maybe more sophisticated items that the dealer could install?  Wheels, catback exhaust, running boards, etc. 

They needn't all be on stock (but as many as possible).  Maybe there could be a glossy Ford Accessories catalogue in store, with convenient ordering.  It could be like visiting a Auto Zone, only everything would be Ford, Mustang, Shelby, F150, Fiesta, Focus (etc.) oriented (and branded).  I'd have a hard time resisting Ford brand aftermarket products. 

I think this would make a ton of money based on impulse buying, and it would be a place I would want to visit over and over.
