heating wire on windshield glass

Yhe idea is not new,but will be usefull for a drivers in winter. On the front glass-windshield on the bottom add heating wire to taw faster ice and snow from the wippers and glass. Also could be added one protection fabric under the trunk cover to colect all snow and ice coming in to a trunk when the trunk is oppen and cover has a lot of ice and snow on it.

Charlee Thompson Great idea, I sometimes run the defroster and then roll the window down so I can have a clear view and stay cool, this would take care of that. I love it.

Paul Matthews I love this idea. I never understood why other manufacturers haven't started doing this as well. Frozen wipers are terrible, and having a heating element on the bottom of the windshield would make life, and the life of the wipers, so much better.
