Grip handle in rear entry of F150 super cab

I have a 2011 F150 Larriat supercab 4X4. I've had passengers struggle to climb into the rear seat section because there is nothing for them to grab on to ,to pull themselves up into the truck. It really needs a grip handle mounted up high above the entry. thank you, George
