I was one of 1Million homes without power in DC area. Love my Fusion hybrid, which has a 110 plug. So, I'm assuming the engine/generator outputs 110. If feasible, Ford should consider (an option) to safely use the car as an emergency home generator. Obviously, car would have to be parked far enough from house to avoid Co2, etc. I bet you would sell many more Fusion Hybrids if the car could be used in this manner.
P.S. Don't worry. I don't plan to try it with my current car.
