Put a dimmer switch back on the floor along with keeping the switch on the turn signal arm, thus giving the driver the option of using whichever is more convenient at any given time.

Frank O\'Grady A good idea. I had it written up and ready to submit. It would free up a hand. sometimes it is difficult to dim your lights, particulsrly if you have a coffee on the go or want to change lanes etc.
