Cooled Leather Seats

I don't know what the big deal is about heated leather seats. If it's cold enough to heat the seats, you are already wearing jeans and a jacket. I don't see as much a need for heated leather seats as I do for COOLED leather seats. How many people do you hear say "don't get leather, it gets too hot in the summer" as opposed to "don't get leather--it gets too cold"? I think the former outweighs the latter 100 fold.

Brad B Hey Ed R. ! I too agree with the cooled leather seats. I have a Tuxedo Black Fusion SEL with the Stone leather seats. North Carolina had quite a few 100+ degree days, the Fusion had to stay home due to the seats were just to hot. The C-Max is coming soon, the SE has hi-end cloth seats, the SEL comes with leather seats. I'll most likely end up with the SE model. I like the SEL trim better, maybe Ford will offer a more upscale cloth for the SEL, or Ford Engineers will come up with cooled seats. Sometimes it comes down to money, I'd pay and extra grand for cooled seats. Given that keep the Sync and other related tech-no-toys and give us (40 to 50 yrs) the heated and cooled seats instead.
