Every year, there are big car shows and automotive events dedicated to Ford vehicles, and one of those shows has been going strong for the last 29 years: the Fabulous Fords Forever show at Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park, California. The parking lot across the street from the theme park is the annual gathering place for Ford vehicles of all types during the 1-day event, and 2014 was no different.
This show makes it convenient to look at the cars you’re most interested in by organizing the models and years of vehicles into sections. So if you want to see, say, 1994-2004 Mustangs, they’re all in one area. The show is organized primarily by the Ford Car Club Council, which is comprised of 44 member clubs, and there were 214 club member volunteers on the grounds doing the hard work to make the show a rousing success. This year, there were more than 1,700 vehicles on display and thousands of spectators checking them out.
Of those vehicles, 881 were Mustangs of every generation, including an all-new 2015 model in the Ford display. There were computers near the car where you could enter for a chance to win a brand new 2015 Mustang. The lines for that were long! But the show is not just about Mustangs; just about anything Ford-related can be seen there. One of the largest groups of vehicles was a gathering of Broncos, and even the Pinto got some love with its own area.
Make plans now to make it to sunny Southern California in April 2015 year for the 30th Fabulous Fords Forever at Knott’s Berry Farm.
