Mike F I just re-watched the video & you still don't show the intake tract in the cylinder head or the back of the intake valve. Every single Direct Injection engine is having these problems (including the Ford/Mazda 2.3L DISI). There is no fuel to "wash" the carbon/oil vapor from the intake tract. Did you coat the intake port walls? I have seen the Mazda/Ford DISI & Audi 4.2L engines after
